Calling all star gazers. Did you see last night's super moon? It was the last super moon of the year. Look at that. It was closer to earth than usual and it appeared bigger and brighter in the northern hemisphere. This version is called the harvest moon as a nod to the fall season. Look at that picture that is gorgeous. Other names include corn marker moon, moon of round leaves or autumn moon though it's not considered an autumn moon south of the equator because it's spring time there.
