Infrastructure is still hot in Washington - the Halloween deadline set by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is approaching, but the end is nowhere in sight. There has been some significant changes in the plan though: the price tag for the reconciliation package has been lowered to less than $2 trillion and moderate Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) came out opposing a central climate agenda in the plan.
