The 2020 Tokyo games will be a groundbreaking one featuring the first-ever openly transgender competitor, Australian weightlifter Laurel Hubbert. Chris Mosier, a pro-runner and trans-man, qualified for the World Championship in 2015 but due to the rules at the time, the IOC barred him from Olympic competition. He joined Cheddar’s Closing Bell to talk about breaking down that barrier for trans athletes to be able to compete at the highest levels.
