Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos is the richest man in the world, with a current net worth of more than $95 billion dollars, but how did he get there? Jason Feifer, Editor-in-Chief at Entrepreneur, joins Cheddar to discuss how Bezos went from selling books in his garage to basically running the internet. He says the Amazon chief always put the customer first and talks about how that's helped grow the company. Feifer was able to speak with a few employees who worked for Bezos at one point and collected the following lessons: don't worry about the money, forget the output and focus on input, be a leader, not just a decider, and even as you grow, you must find ways to stay small. Jeff Bezos owns nearly 17% of Amazon, started the aerospace company Blue Origin, and bought The Washington Post for $250 million in 2013. He also recently revieled his new muscles, which made headlines for about a week.
