philanthropist Mackenzie Scott, opening up about where and how she's giving away her money scott, launching a website called yield Giving, which breaks down the more than $14 billion that Mackenzie scott has given away to 1600 organizations. That after she did sign the giving pledge to donate the majority of her over $20 billion fortune in 2019. In an essay published on the morning of the sites launch, Scott said her goal was to use the site to highlight the work of the many nonprofits and causes where she's given financial support.
