And a 56 year old man from Connecticut has been charged with grand larceny after discovering a bag with $5000 in cash and then keeping it, Robert Withington found a bag in a parking lot outside of a bank in Trumbull, Connecticut. This happened back in May. Police say the bag was clearly marked with a bank logo and from the rumble, tax collector's office had apparently dropped the bag while going to deposit the money. Withington told Hearst Connecticut media, he hadn't planned it, but it was like I hit the lottery. He now faces up to five years in prison and be fined $5000. He is scheduled to appear in court on September.
