Man Pleads Not Guilty to Shooting Black Teen

Andrew Lester entered a not guilty plea today, he is the man accused of shooting a black teenager who accidentally rang his doorbell. Earlier this year, the 85 year old faces charges of first degree assault and armed criminal action. Ralph Yall, the 16 year old who was shot, suffered injuries to his head and arm but did survive. His family says he has a long road to recovery. Lester's trial is set for October 7, 2024 and he's going to remain out on bond pending trial until then.
