Maryland Bans Flavored Disposable E-Cigarettes

Maryland will become the first state in the nation to ban all flavors of disposable e-cigarettes, with the exception of tobacco and menthol. This comes after President Trump's administration banned popular cartridge-based fruit and mint flavors, but allowed disposable e-cigs and e-liquids of any flavor to remain available. The man behind the decision, Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot, joined Cheddar to discuss.
