May Jobs Report Surprises With 2.5 Millions Jobs Added, Unemployment Rate of 13.3%

In May 2.5 million jobs were actually added to the U.S. economy. That number beating expectations that close to 8 million jobs were lost in the month. The unemployment rate also fell to 13.3%.
