WWE superstar Mike Mizanin joins Cheddar to discuss his return to MTV as host of the upcoming season of "The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars." The Miz began his career on the network back in 2001 when he starred on "The Real World." There, he debuted his WWE character years before becoming part of the organization. We discuss how MTV capitalizes on the success of its last challenge special "Champs vs. Pros," which saw some of the biggest stars of the franchise go head-to-head with some of the world's best athletes. The Miz notes that the reason The Challenge is interesting is that it doesn't matter how talented you are on the field or how many gold medals you won. He adds that much of The Challenge is about strategy. He references champs Johnny Bananas and CT as long-time competitors in the franchise, who are not only physically accomplished but are also great at the mind games The Challenge requires. The Miz digs into his long history with MTV and what it means to be back on the network. He talks about the success of the show in the U.S. and the other television franchises it has spawned, such as VH1's Total Divas. We also talk about what it's like to work with his wife, who is also a member of the WWE.
