Slack could be losing ground to the new kids on the block- Microsoft Teams. Nearly 4 years after its debut, Slack's adoption rates are declining and a bigger portion of companies indicate they are planning on leaving the service. That's according to a new survey from market research firm ETR. Cue Microsoft, the Teams service which offers a similar offline space for coworkers to collaborate, is seeing increased market share, higher adoption rates and less user abandonment.
