Michele Roberts, the Executive Director of the National Basketball Payer's Association, made history earlier this month when she became the first woman and person of color to join the board of marijuana firm Cresco Labs. Roberts, in her role with the NBA, has also been one of the most essential members in setting up the NBA's return this season. She joined Closing Bell to discuss the significance of both stories.
