Traditionally, current presidents give the eulogy when a former president dies on their watch, but the Bushes are unique in that they have another former president in the family to do the honor. The decision comes after the Tumblr app was temporarily dropped from the Apple App Store after allegations it hosted child pornography. A study found that adult content made up 20 percent of the site’s traffic.
