  • Mexico Warning: President Trump has given Mexico a “one-year warning” to stop the flow of migrants and drugs over the border or else he said he would close it and slap tariffs on auto imports. The new warning comes not long after the president had threatened to shut down the border as soon as this week. NPR.

  • LGBTQ Mormons: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will now allow children of same-sex couples to be baptized, and will not consider gay marriage a sin worthy of expulsion. The surprising announcement reverses rules put in place four years ago. USA Today.

  • Boeing: Admission: The head of Boeing has taken responsibility for two deadly crashes that killed several hundred people. In a video posted to Twitter, CEO Dennis Muilenburg apologized for the lives lost and acknowledged that from the preliminary accident report, it’s apparent that the flight control system, MCAS, played a role in the crash.   • Boeing: The Latest: An additional software problem has been found in the Boeing 737 Max flight control system, which the FAA has ordered to be fixed. Boeing refers to this new issue as “relatively minor.” Wash Post.

  • Amazon Projects: Headphones: Apple will soon face new competition for its popular AirPods. Amazon is said to be working on its own wireless earbuds that will have built-in Alexa access. Bloomberg.

  • Amazon Projects: Satellites: The e-commerce giant confirmed it’s working on an ambitious plan to launch thousands of satellites into low-Earth orbit that could provide broadband access to areas of the world that don’t have high-speed internet. Geekwire.

  • Beyonce & Adidas: Beyoncé is partnering with Adidas on a new footwear and apparel line. The singer also plans to relaunch her athleisure brand, Ivy Park, with the sportswear company. Business Insider.

  • Live From New York: Game of Thrones’ Kit Harington makes his SNL debut this weekend, alongside musical guest Sara Bareilles. SNL released a promo, which shows Leslie Jones forcing Harington to reenact Cersei’s famous Walk of Shame. Watch.

  • Live From Egypt: On Sunday night, the Discovery Channel will attempt something never before done on live television: open a sarcophagus.
