And this all comes after numerous media organizations filed in court to try and get access to that document which should contain details of the doJ investigation that led them up to deciding to raid MAr A Lago last monday. Some background here, the FBI found 11 in different sets of documents that were labeled classified when they searched the president's residents. One of those documents was labeled top secret sensitive compartmented information. If you don't know, that's one of the highest levels of classification in such documents typically can't be removed from secure locations. Although the DoJ claims that releasing the affidavit could compromise their investigation in a filing with the court. They said it could quote cause significant and irreparable dare damage to an on ongoing criminal investigation. That involves materials at the highest level of government classification. The doj also says the affidavit contains highly sensitive information about witnesses in the investigation. The fact that the judge's ruling in favor of releasing even a redacted version of the document is unprecedented.
