The director who encouraged people to "play like a girl" is launching a new production company meant to spread the message of the viral 2019 Super Bowl commercial. Lauren Greenfield says even though progress has been made in representation behind the camera, there is still a long way to go. She says these "voices need to be heard," which was the inspiration for Girl Culture Films.
