New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo was found to have sexually harassed multiple women, according to a report from New York Attorney General Letitia James. The 165-page report found Cuomo and his aides created a toxic work environment rife with fear and intimidation. The AG's report also found Cuomo retaliated against at least one woman for making her complaints about the governor public.
