New York is one step closer to adding another form of transportation to its streets. According to multiple reports, New York State lawmakers have reached a deal to lift the ban on electric scooters and bikes. But you won't see the e-vehicles whizzing in and out of Manhattan traffic just yet. If Governor Cuomo signs off, the bill would require municipalities to opt in and determine the rules for bike and scooter sharing services. We spoke to Marco Conner, Interim Director, Transportation Alternatives about potentially legalizing the new mode of transportation.
