Yeah, that's true. So, wedding gift registries are pretty common when couples tie the knot. Right. Well, new research from Zillow home loans finds more and more couples at a home fund to their wedding registries and that's just what it sounds like a fund to help them buy their first home. Zillow found that 20% of couples who use the wedding registry site than not have a home fund donation option. The number of couples who include a home fund in increased 55% since 2018. And, you know, it sort of makes sense as mortgage rates are at 8% currently, which is the highest that they've been since the mid two thousands. Heah. What do you think about this home Fun Registry? I went to a wedding recently and that was one of the options and I was compelled to give a little bit more. I think this is brilliant, especially with high mortgage rates and everything that we talk about on this show all the time. You know, I wish I've seen envelopes only. I have seen that. I think Home Fund is a little classier in the invite than envelopes only but I totally understand a lot of young couples wanting money. A lot of couples are also living together, they have everything they need and they wanna save for a house. This is brilliant. If I could do it over again, I would too envelopes only and there are also those parents who are still housing their kids are like here the home phone, get them out of my house.
