The Tokyo Paralympics kicks off August 24 and a new campaign is looking to end discrimination towards people with disabilities. #WeThe15 was created to represent and spark change for the world's 1.2 billion people with disabilities. To commemorate the launch of the campaign... landmarks around the world, including the Empire State Building, will shine in purple, the international color of disability. Many athletes are getting involved, including nine-time U.S. Paralympian and Hall of Famer, Candace Cable.
