For over 50 years, Norma Kamali has been a fashion industry innovator. She was one of the first people to use activewear silhouettes and fabrics, and her iconic sleeping-bag coat is the prequel to today's puffer jackets.
The designer has also been a thought leader in the feminist space, leading a powerful "Stop Objectification" movement.
