Democrats scored a big win on Election Day, with Virginia possibly the party's biggest success. Democrats unseated the GOP in races for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and numerous House of Delegates positions. Jack Hunter, Editor of Rare Politics, joins Cheddar to discuss Virginia's rocky road to election day. He believes these wins helped Democrats establish a narrative against President Trump, but the party still isn't in great shape. It needs to unify and hammer home the importance of voter turnout. For the Republicans, that party needs to get one piece of legislation passed before the end of the year in order to continue the momentum. He says if Republicans can't get tax reform passed, they're in trouble.
