On A Positive Note: New Jersey Band Uses 'Bachata' to End Bullying
A teenage band in New Jersey is combatting bullying by singing and dancing to Bachata. It's a genre of music and type of dance that originated in the Dominican Republic and now DNX4 is sharing the vibrant culture with communities on a global scale.
St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter joked in a tweet on Saturday that there would be no fine. The library, like many across the country, stopped charging late fees in 2019.
