One Good Thing: Chick-Fil-A Celebrates 100-Year-Old's Birthday

We know life can be tough sometimes. So we'd like to take a moment to share one good thing happening in the world today. For a lot of us, fast food is a great option for when we're on the go. But for one Georgia resident, it was a little more than that for her, Irene Brook Benton is a long time patron of Chick Fil A and the chain wanted to make sure she was appreciated on her 1/100 birthday, Chick Fil A sent her a special care package complete with her favorite meal, a Chick Fil, a chicken sandwich and a diet lemonade. And they sent their mascot over to celebrate. Look at that cow. The restaurant said, quote, we're honored to help celebrate the life of Irene. A beloved cherished member of our community. Very, very sweet.
