One Good Thing: Shining a Light on Our Nation’s Heroes

we know the world can be tough sometimes with a seemingly endless stream of negativity. So to take a break, we'd like to tell you about one good thing happening in the world today on shutters. News drop ahead of veterans day tomorrow today's good thing shines a light on all of our nation's heroes and their heartwarming homecomings. Starting with one father who surprised all of his kids during school take a look and they had absolutely no idea he was even in the country and with the help of the school staff, he was able to pull off these emotional reunions. This is him surprising his daughter and then finally his oldest son, the whole family was able to reunite at school, keep those tissues nearby. These stories always make me cry. This next clip shows football player Samuel Harris talking to his team after practice having no idea. His mom came home early from deployment to surprise him check it out. But respect is easily like there's a lot of people, but I would say my mom about a year. Okay, what a special moment. Harris was in the middle of making a speech to his team about who he looks up to? Little did he know that person was standing right behind him and finally this veteran was told his son. Richard sent some gifts to his assisted living facility. Among those gifts was a mug that read proud military dad, an old photo of the two of them a toy military jeep like his father used to drive. Richard's lucky baseball and finally Richards hat, but you have to see the rest. Is that his hat? Why would his hat be here? Can you imagine why? I think he's all right. I think he's more than all right. Um Yeah. Yeah. Richard, oh my God I missed so much happy early Veterans Day and thank you to everyone who has served.
