A black cat has found his forever home after a good samaritan and an Ohio state trooper saved the kitten from a busy highway.

Well, she sprung into action. She drove down the highway until she came across the cat. But he got spooked and ended up darting under the patrol car. He got latched onto the top of a tire. Now with the help from a good samaritan Katie was able to safely wrangle the kitten free. Yeah, it's like stuck to let go. Hello. It's probably hot in there too. All in the line of duty. Right? Yeah. Someone called it in. So Katie then tucked the cat in her back seat and drove him to the Toledo Humane Society. That organization thanked the state trooper for rescuing the cat and in her honor named that black cat that you're looking at Trooper. The story gets even better. The Toledo Humane Society announced this week that Trooper the cat was adopted by a family in the area.
