Misha Rosen is a nonverbal Ukrainian teen with Down syndrome. In order to help him feel more comfortable when they were fleeing Ukraine, Rosen’s mother told him that they were headed to meet his hero, former pro-wrestler and current movie star, John Cena when they were actually making their way to Amsterdam. Cena heard about the story and decided to make the meet-up a reality.

One professional wrestler and actor planned a special surprise for a Ukrainian refugee. Misha Rosen and his family fled their home in Mario Pole, heading for safety in Europe. Misha is a non verbal 19 year old with down syndrome and the decision for his family to leave left him upset and uneasy to make him feel better and motivate him. Along the journey, Michelle's mother decided to tell him they were on their way to meet John Cena as the W W. E superstar. Cena has always been one of Michelle's biggest heroes. Well, Cena heard about this, he came across the story felt that he had no choice but to make Nisha's mom's motivation a reality at the time of reading about Misha and his mother, he had three days off from work and was only an hour away by air. What are the chances there? When Senna arrived in Amsterdam to surprise Misha, he also came bearing gifts. This is so sweet. He gave him a never give up hat and a T shirt as well as a replica of the W W. E Championship title belt. That is so cool. They spent the afternoon building blocks eating cake and you know, just becoming friends, CNN told Misha before he left that quote, this was a wonderful adventure in which I got to meet a wonderful new friend.
