When Nasiba Adilova was pregnant with her first child, she realized there was no central spot for advice and products that she could trust. That's why she launched The Tot, a website containing tips, blogs, and products for the consumer-conscious mom. Since then, Nasiba has had another child, and seen her company grow incredibly. The Tot not only provides great parenting tips, but also points consumers towards products they might enjoy. When possible, all Tot products are pesticide and toxic-chemical free. The Tot has also launched a brick-and-mortar location. After an immensly successful pop-up, Adilova realized there was a market for physical retail.
