The battle between Florida. Governor Ron desantis and Disney continuing to heat up the board of desantis supporters hand picked by the governor to take over Disney's special district voted today to countersue Disney follows a federal lawsuit filed by Disney last week that alleges desantis used the power of the Florida government to retaliate against Disney for constitutionally protected speech after it opposed his so called, don't say gay law which bans discussion of the LGBTQ community in schools. The lawsuit is yet to be filed but will be in state court in Central Florida according to the DeSantis backboard.
