Baby monitor maker Owlet Baby Care has made its public debut on the New York Stock Exchange via a SPAC merger with Sandbridge Acquisition Corporation for a valuation of over $1 billion. Co-founder and CEO Kurt Workman joined Cheddar to talk about what it took to bring the company to the public market after starting the business in his garage. Owlet's technology allows parents to monitor their child’s heart rate and blood oxygen level by slipping a smart sock on a baby's foot.
