During a rise in COVID-19 cases fueled by the highly-contagious Delta variant, health experts are sounding the alarm on the rise in cases among children too - many of whom are not yet eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The American Academy of Pediatrics reported more than 121,000 COVID-19 cases in children during the last week, more than 14 times the weekly number in late June.
