Pet of the Week: Meet Meadow! 

back between bells everyone. Now it's time for pet of the week where we highlight one furry friend that is looking for his or her forever. Exactly. And this one is a very cute one. So here with us as always is Valeria kucera's gill, the senior manager of admissions in marketing and mass excuse me over at A. S. P. C. A adoption center. Valeria. Always good to see you. So tell us about this. Cutie Meadow. Meadow is a 12 week old, the mexican short hair. She's up for adoption as you can see. She's a very active kitten, very playful, very friendly. She loves to be held. She loves to play for sure. Well I mean so young. Yes. What type of parents would be perfect for Meadow here? Kids, other pets. Do we know I we think that she would be good in pretty much every any any household. She's very sweet, she's very friendly, she's very active so she would be a good addition for a home with kids or with adults as well. So playful and so Meadow by the way was first with a foster caregiver. Tell us a little bit about Meadows journey here going from foster home to now potentially being adopted. Well marrow actually was found as a stray when she was only a few days old and she came to the S. P. C. A. Kids and nursery. Thanks to our friends at the animal curse and animal care centers in new york city and since then she went to a foster home where she spent a couple of a couple of months growing strong and getting ready to be adopted. Why is it so important for people to foster? So important? Actually it's lifesaving. Um Most most more so in kitten season because um there is a ton of kitchens that come through our doors in the foster parents help us socialize and getting them healthy and from and ready to for that option is kitten season. It's in the warmer months of the of the year. Yeah so usually runs from late late March to early september. Okay so for those who are interested and why how could you not?
