Phantom Space Wants to Bring Down Cost of Space Access

With Blue Origin and Virgin Galactic making the future of frequent space travel a real possibility, Michal Prywata, co-founder of Phantom Space, said his company is looking to democratize access to the stars. "We're really focusing on building the 'railroad to space,' and I guess, really build the Ford Model T if you will, of rockets and really bring down the cost of space access," he said about mass manufacturing for the industry. However, Prywata said he sees catering to space tourism more "in the distant future" for the company.
