Police Charge Woman in 'Baby Mary' Cold Case

A woman has been charged over the death of her newborn baby whose body was found in a New Jersey Park close to 40 years ago. On Christmas Eve, the baby was found by two Children in a met him township park in 1984. The police named the infant baby Mary. She was found wrapped in a towel in a plastic bag with her umbilical cord still attached. The baby was alive when she was abandoned. And Morris County prosecutor, Robert Carroll said the woman who's name hasn't been released yet was 17 at the time and was arrested back in April. The woman is being charged as a juvenile with manslaughter as she was under the age of 18 when she committed a crime.
