President-Elect Joe Biden has unveiled picks for his cabinet. One in particular is a familiar name - John Kerry. The longtime Senator and former Secretary of State will serve as the climate envoy for national security in the Biden administration. Kerry's role will be prominent, as he will be the first member of the National Security Council to focus exclusively on climate change.
