Baker explains that, according to recent data, nearly 40% of home buyers consider paperwork and understanding the process the top struggle with the buying process, but Qualia is designed to do all the heavy lifting for first-time home buyers.

The young entrepreneur explains that millennials are starting to purchase homes and up to 42% of homebuyers are millennials, so new technology is necessary to ease their pains when it comes to closing on a new property.
