Schwab's Liz Ann Sonders: Reading into U.S.-China Trade Developments is 'a Fool's Errand'

China is preparing to open its markets to foreign companies, but Liz Ann Sonders, chief investment strategist at Charles Schwab, said it's too soon to celebrate. "It's a good thing ostensibly that China is opening up its markets to foreign companies, but this doesn't answer a lot of questions that trade hardliners want to hear from China, specifically around things like intellectual property theft," Sonders told Cheddar on Wednesday.
