Challenge of finding a job are different for everyone, especially for the neuro diverse community, which often includes those who have autism or a DH D in our docuseries. Ready for work. We follow one of our job seekers who is neuro divergent. Take a look. Neuro divergence looks different for everyone. Put simply it's when someone's brain processes learns and behaves in ways that's different from what is commonly considered typical. No, two neurodivergent people are the same and the triggers look different for everybody. All this creates more barriers to work than for most many who are neurodivergent face. The challenge of whether to disclose or unmask and there are valid reasons behind this dilemma.
