Facebook and Instagram continue to draw scrutiny after the Wall Street Journal found the companies knew that Instagram was having an adverse effect on the mental health of teenagers, particularly teen girls. The backlash forced the companies to pause the launch of 'Instagram Kids,' a platform designed for children ages 10 to 12, but questions still remain, especially from lawmakers on Capitol Hill. Rep.
