As the tech industry continues to be scrutinized for unequal gender pay, sexual harassment, and scandal, Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) is proposing a bill to end forced arbitration in employee contracts. "This arbitration process is a secret process that employers love, and so workers are uniting against these features in their employment agreements," he told Cheddar's J.D. Durkin on Tuesday.
