Weeks and weeks of negotiations between progressive, moderate and conservative Democrats, and the White House on the reconciliation bill appear to be coming to a head. President Biden now wants to see a price tag of around $1.9 trillion, which is down from the original $3.5 trillion vision, which is down from the original $6 trillion vision from progressives in Congress. A smaller price tag means less that the bill can do for Americans, but $1.9 trillion can still do a lot. Rep.
