She says Americans are emboldened and showing their desire for change at the polls. Republicans are inching towards tax reform in Congress. President Trump has already declared legislative victory, even though no votes have been cast. Congresswoman Gabbard believes American's are being sold a 'false bill of goods.' Republicans have not included Democrats in the process. Representative Gabbard says the GOP reform effort is for personal gain, not to help the country.
