This holiday shopping season, some retailers have beauty segment sales on their wish list. Giants like Target, who recently struck a deal with Ulta Beauty to open makeup and skincare shops inside of hundreds of Target stores across the country, are hoping that growing demand for makeup, nail products and perfumes will a catalyst for customer engagement.
