Self driving cars are coming to one major US city turns out it's not New York though California State regulators just approved the launch of around the clock self driving. Robo taxis in the city of San Francisco and Cruz both got the green light from regulators to operate a 24 7 paid taxi service. It's a big win for the autonomous vehicle operators, but there's still huge opposition from the public regarding the safety of these cars. Well, despite the state of California being on board, city officials have spoken out against the driverless vehicles saying that the cars are disruptive to traffic patterns, bus routes, even some emergency scenes. And San Francisco's transit agency says there's been about 600 incidents since last June involving these driverless vehicles and that does include unexpected stops, collisions and other driving behavior. So maybe one day in New York City, uh New York City makes me a little nervous with these kind of cars, but we'll keep an eye on it.
