Search for Loch Ness Monster to Resume

Now, in case you missed it, there is set to be a new search for Scotland's famous Loch Ness monster. The Loch Ness Center in partnership with a research team called Loch Ness Exploration are looking for volunteers to take part in what's being called the biggest search for the creature in 50 years. The monster also known as Nessie is set to live in a lake in the Scottish Highlands. It's described as dinosaur with humps that sometimes protrude from the water. There have been multiple sightings over the decades, some famous photographs, but there's no proof the creature really exists. Volunteers and budding monster hunters are being asked to help watch the surface of the 23 mile long lake on August 26 and 27. Over that weekend, they'll use surveying equipment including thermal drones.
