Ken Coleman, host of 'The Ken Coleman Show' and author of 'How to Write the Perfect Resume', joins Your Cheddar to walk through how to flip your resume upside down. Writing who you know at the top will increase your chances at landing an interview, Coleman says. Plus, he suggests ditching the cover letter. Employers spend an average of 60 seconds scanning your resume. Coleman believes a cover letter is just a roadblock to what they really need to see.
