The number of coronavirus cases in the U.S. surpassed 2.5 million on Sunday, and now the hardest-hit areas have shifted. The virus is taking hold of the country's south and the west, with cases spiking in Arizona, Texas and Florida. And it's no coincidence these are the same states with some of the worst track records on social distancing.
