Ragy Thomas, Sprinklr founder and CEO, joined Cheddar to discuss why now was an opportune time to take his company public. He said that while Sprinklr’s existing portfolio is very successful and is home to some of the world’s biggest brands, there are still tons of businesses that would benefit from his company’s services. Thomas also predicted a future where retail, customer care, and marketing will be consolidated into at most two platforms: traditional CRMs and unified CXMs (customer experience management). “We’re excited about creating this category and leading it for the next 10 to 30 years,” he said regarding Sprinklr's CXM software.
