Pepper uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to greet customers and work with them throughout their Sprint store experience. Pepper is already in some stores across America. Jan Geldmacher is the Business President at Sprint. He joins Cheddar to explain how Pepper is helping to lead the industry in robot artificial intelligence. Pepper can recognize facial expressions and react to customers accordingly. Geldmacher also explains how 5g will revolutionize the way we live and work. The biggest differences between 4g and 5g for Geldmacher are speed and latency. When asked what's next for Sprint, Geldmacher explained that this year they will be focusing on the development of their IOT ecosystem.
