Stocks Close Higher After President Trump Urges Congress to Pass Airline Relief Bill

Stocks closed higher on Wednesday after President Trump urged congress to pass a airline relief bill separate from the nixed stimulus talks. The Dow, which soared over 500 points, had its best day since July. Scott Anderson, Chief Economist at Bank of the West, expects the markets to remain on a roller coaster as we approach the presidential election.
